I am a dedicated economist specializing in macroeconomics, monetary policy, international finance, financial stability, and climate economics. Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at American University, expecting to graduate in May 2025. I have served as a teaching assistant for courses including International Economics, Monetary Policy, Banking and Finance, and Applied Economics.
Currently, I work as a consultant at the World Bank Group, where I lead research on the macroeconomic impacts of climate change. My work integrates macroeconomic analysis with financial stability assessments, helping develop diagnostic tools to support sustainable development strategies for policymakers. I also contributed to the Macro-Financial Review and developed the Macro-Financial Spider Tool for global macro-financial risk assessment, which has been used in discussions with the Financial Stability Board.
Since May 2022, I have been actively involved in the China Economic Policy Uncertainty Project, applying NLP technology to manage data collection and analysis aimed at understanding economic policy uncertainty in China.
I hold an MPA from from Columbia University, and I am proficient in Python, MATLAB, Dynare, R, STATA, and NetLogo. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to the field of economics and welcome opportunities for collaboration.
